BetterBox Café was born from a frustration: Why should healthy food be inconvenient?
We noticed a gap in the market. People wanted nutritious meals, but didn't want to sacrifice speed or quality. Fast food was quick but unhealthy. Healthy restaurants were slow and expensive. We decided to bridge that gap.
Starting at TechPlace, BetterBox Café is our first location, a pilot for what we envision as a nationwide network of standalone restaurants. But first, we wanted to perfect our model in a vibrant community — right here at TechPlace, where technology, creativity, and community converge.
